Return to Power digital programme
Return to Power is a digital educational and support programme. Your purchase provides access to digital programme materials and may also include additional support features or resources as described on the programme page at the time of purchase.
Because access to digital content is provided following purchase, different cancellation and refund rules may apply once you have accessed, streamed, downloaded or otherwise begun using the programme.
Digital content acknowledgement
When you request immediate access to Return to Power, you may be asked to confirm that you wish digital delivery to begin immediately and that you understand this may affect your statutory right to cancel once access to the digital content begins, subject always to applicable consumer law.
Changing your mind
If you purchase Return to Power as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase depending on the laws applicable to you and whether access to the digital content has begun.
Where applicable law provides a cooling-off or cancellation period, we will honour those rights.
Where you expressly request or consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this may affect or end your statutory cancellation right once access begins, a change-of-mind refund may no longer be available after you have started accessing the programme.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Before accessing the programme
If you have purchased the programme in error and have not yet accessed the digital content, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where your request is eligible, we will arrange cancellation and a refund to your original payment method.
After access has begun
Once you have accessed or begun using the digital programme, we do not ordinarily provide refunds simply because you change your mind, decide not to complete the programme or find that your personal circumstances have changed.
We recognise, however, that individual circumstances can be complex. If you believe there is a significant problem with your purchase or access, please contact us so that we can review the circumstances.
Technical problems
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have purchased, please contact us.
We will first work with you to resolve the problem. If we are unable to provide the digital content or service you purchased within a reasonable period, we will consider the appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law.
Live calls, community & additional features
Where live calls, community access, expert resources, downloadable materials or other additional features are included with the programme, their availability and format may occasionally change.
Reasonable changes to these additional features do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund, provided that the core digital programme purchased remains available, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Individual coaching & other services
Private coaching, consultations, training and other services offered separately by The Liberated Woman may be subject to their own cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Where separate terms are provided when booking a service, those terms will apply.
Promotional & discounted purchases
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, any refund that is approved will be based on the amount actually paid, rather than the programme's standard or subsequently advertised price.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
