“I joined the program not knowing what I needed, I've never sought help before - my motivation was to sort myself out for my son, I'm leaving the program so glad that I have done this for myself.”Programme participant
If it wasn’t for this program I'd have not realised I was still living or hiding the burden of what happened to me, it’s taken me 18 years to realise this - I'm so glad that I did. I joined the program not knowing what I needed, I've never sought help before - my motivation was to sort myself out for my son, I'm leaving the program so glad that I have done this for myself. The program covers so much, I could never have anticipated how enjoyable it would be. I am sad that it’s ended but I know it doesn’t end here. Every woman/man to have lived this experience needs this program - this is the best gift you can give yourself.
“I learned to set boundaries, say no with confidence, and prioritise myself without guilt.”Programme participant
This program gave me the space, support, and tools to reflect, grow, and make meaningful changes in how I show up. I learned to set boundaries, say no with confidence, and prioritise myself without guilt. The connections, insights, and encouragement I received have been truly empowering. If you’re considering it, take the leap—you won’t regret it.
“The biggest change for me is openly confronting for the first time - that I was in an abusive relationship.”Programme participant
I cannot believe how many things I had forgotten that resurfaced during the program, it was a very emotional experience, but I felt I had a support network because of the program. I've kept my abuse hidden for many years, so well that I had forgotten a lot myself. I know I didn’t speak about it in full still but it’s not the same as before. It sounds very cliched but I do feel empowered within myself having attended. Every Friday I had a burst of energy - I'm going to miss that, but I'm going to try to use that time practising what I've learnt. I think every woman should know what a dominator/liberator is. The biggest change for me is openly confronting for the first time - that I was in an abusive relationship. I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to do so in a secure, professional environment where I not only got the chance to speak, but was guided to what next.
“I can realize the red flags on my way and it helped me to not to ignore the red flags.”Programme participant
It helped me to understand how I was in the circle of the dominator and what tactics he uses to kept me in the relation. It teach me how to protect myself and my daughter from toxic relationship by teaching about the toxic behavior and personality. It also teach me that there are also Liberators. I’m more clear, more awake , more stronger and in peace as Knowledge gave me strength. It was so helpful to hear from all the Ladies experiences ,who joined the program. It showed that their cases may be different but dominator toxic person behavior and the damage they made to our life is the same. This program helped me a lot to understand how was my relation, why I was in relation, why I couldn't come out from that toxic relation. It teach me about myself too, Every session we did with Ms Saria was goodness to my life, it brought self confidence, self love more knowledge and awareness to me. I can realize the red flags on my way and it helped me to not to ignore the red flags. I learned so much knowledge and gained clarity from Ms Saria and this program
“It really has helped me a lot and I am very grateful for the opportunity, I really needed this clarity.”Programme participant
Before the programme I wasn’t sure if the things that happened were in my head, or I had overreacted, I lost my own thoughts and beliefs. After hearing all the different aspects of the dominator and hearing the stories from the other ladies which were almost identical, it brought real clarity to my mind and could see all the tricks my ex played on me, and identified even more. It really has helped me a lot and I am very grateful for the opportunity, I really needed this clarity.
“I am proud of the progress I made through your program and highly recommend it!”Programme participant
Being a participant of TLW program truly was a blessing. At the time it started I was feeling hopeless and couldn’t see a way out. Saria knows how to hold the safe space for her participants to connect with like minded women and get the resources they need to navigate divorce, abuse, and a new life. The experts that attended were of a high caliber and provided valuable information that gave us confidence to know we are supported. Thank you Saria! I am proud of the progress I made through your program and highly recommend it!
“The community is so kind and Saria is non judgmental so you feel really safe to say whatever you want.”Programme participant
This is an absolute must for any woman going through toxic relationships and planning to leave. As it opens your eyes to see things from different angles. And see other women and hear their stories which is so important and beneficial to us all. The community is so kind and Saria is non judgmental so you feel really safe to say whatever you want. I love the program and would recommend to all women.
