Please read the offer details shown when you enrol, as they explain what is included in your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We provide education, coaching, practical guidance and professional training for women and the organisations supporting them.
Eligibility
Our programmes and individual support services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. You must provide accurate information when enquiring, enrolling or making a purchase, and keep any account credentials confidential.
Return to Power
Return to Power is a guided digital programme accessed through a private platform. The programme page currently describes modules, workbooks, resources, specialist guidance and weekly community calls. Your order confirmation or enrolment details will identify the content, access period, live elements and support included in the offer you purchase. Joining a free waitlist does not itself reserve a place or create a payment obligation.
Digital content and live elements may be released or scheduled over time. We may make reasonable updates to materials or scheduling, while preserving the main features of the offer you purchased. If a material change affects your purchase, please contact us so we can discuss an appropriate remedy and any rights you have under applicable law.
Community & live calls
Where a community or live call is included, please treat other participants and facilitators respectfully. Do not record a call, disclose another participant’s identity or story, or distribute community content without permission. We may remove access for serious or repeated conduct that harms the safety of others, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.
Live calls are group education and support, rather than an individual appointment. Dates, time zones, availability and any recording arrangements will be communicated separately. If you miss a call, that does not necessarily mean that an individual replacement session is available.
Prices, payments & instalments
The price, currency, taxes, payment method and any instalment arrangement will be shown before you confirm a purchase. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. A payment plan spreads the stated purchase price over instalments; it is not a monthly subscription unless expressly described as one at checkout.
If a payment fails, we may contact you to resolve it and may pause paid access after reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase. For cancellations and refunds, see our Refund & Returns Policy. Any recurring service, if offered in future, should display its renewal, billing and cancellation terms before purchase.
Private coaching & professional training
Private coaching, workshops and Safe Hands training may have a separate proposal, booking confirmation or agreement setting out scope, fees, dates, cancellation and rescheduling. Those specific terms apply alongside these website terms and take priority where they differ. Sponsorship and partnership arrangements are agreed separately with the relevant organisation.
Materials & access
The programme, guides, recordings, workbooks and site content belong to The Liberated Woman or the relevant rights holder. A purchase gives you personal access for the period and purpose stated in the offer; it does not transfer ownership of the materials. Please do not reproduce, resell, share login details, distribute recordings or use the content to train others without written permission.
Free resources are provided for personal information and reflection. You may share a link to the resource page, but please do not present the materials as your own.
Support, safety & limitations
Our content and services provide education, coaching and practical support. They are not therapy, medical treatment, legal representation or an emergency response. Your circumstances and the law in your location may differ from examples in the materials. Seek qualified local advice where needed and contact local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.
We take care to keep information useful and accurate, but cannot promise a particular personal, legal or financial outcome. We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Privacy & confidentiality
We handle personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy. We ask participants to respect one another’s privacy, but cannot guarantee what another participant will do outside a group or community space. Please consider what information is safe for you to share.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms for future use. The terms applicable to a purchase are those made available when it was placed, together with any specific offer or agreement. The terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
